Lead Credit Policy

Below are the steps to submit leads in question for credit on your ALMS website:

**Note: If you are submitting a lead for credit for tickets/accidents/DUI/Suspension or NO insurance you will need to fax: 1-260-846-7323 or email support@hbwleads.com along with proof of disqualification for a credit to be placed.

1. Go to hbwleads.com and log into your account.
2. Select the LEADS tab at the top of the page.
   1. Scroll down and you will see all the lead names you have received to date. Select the lead in question.
   2. Once you have clicked on the lead name, a CREDIT box will appear on the right-hand side (highlighted in green) select CREDIT.
   3. The Lead credit request form will appear. Simply select a reason for the credit request and be sure to fill out the comments box at the bottom.
   4. Click submit.
