If you would like to apply for credit these are some of the issues that may
apply to you:
- The lead has to have been sent within the last 15 business days
- The prospect is not between the ages of 18-69 (auto leads only)
- The person you talked to states that, "They did not want a quote and told the telemarketer
so" We will check our recordings to verify whether this is true or not.
- The prospect does not speak English. We will check recordings and if the prospect
was pitched in any language other than English we will replace.
- duplicate leads will only be replaced within six months of the original date sent
- The telephone number is disconnected.
- The prospect states that you have the wrong number. We will check recordings and
verify that the prospect was at that number.
- The lead is with your current company. We need verification that they are with your
current company, such as a print screen showing policy number.
