How We Operate

• We call consumers on the behalf of your agency to get them interested in receiving a quote on their auto insurance.
• We ask a minimum of 30 questions, all of which can be seen on our “Sample Lead”. Or you can check out our “script sample”.
• We purchase our list from a vendor and it is scrubbed through the National DNC List at that time, we also scrub our own lists every 30 days.
• Our leads are currently being sent out to you 1-2 hours from the initial call. We guarantee delivery with in 1 business day. The leads are emailed to you in excel format.
• We are a weekly subscription we do not sign anybody on to a contract until they have used our service and are happy with it. We do all billing, replacements, and any general updates to accounts on Friday. This means if you want to make a change to your account we must have an email in by 5:00PM Pacific to be effective the next week.
• We also have a lead credit system on our website (because we know that every lead is not going to be perfect). You just fill out the application on that page (6 short questions) and it will be sent to our support team. From there they will pull the recording and the lead and figure out whether it is a “bad” lead or not. The replacement will be assessed on your next weeks order.
